So far, on average, we have been producing and processing about 55 tons of sundried coffee yearly

Dry-processing

Red ripe coffee cherries selectively hand-picked, sorted and dried under the sun on raised drying table with mesh wire for about 12 to 15 days. Drying cherries are stirred regularly until it dried then collected and transported with bags to our hulling station. Dry cherries hulled with a hulling machine where it is also sorted for removing defective and transported to the central market for quality inspection and export processing. After having quality certification and before it is ready for export, the bean polished and any defective beans and defects are mechanically filtered out. The raw, green are re-bagged (60kg/bag). Passes export inspection and be for export.
